Every person seeks:

  1. Unity within themselves (body and mind)
  2. Unity within the immediate family
  3. Unity with their surroundings, work environment, nature, and the world, striving to do something good

However, we often face the question:


I genuinely want to do good – so why do I hurt the people I love?
Where does this inner contradiction come from?
And how can I resolve this contradiction within myself?
